About Faith

Emerging singer-songwriter Faith Hopkins was raised in Huntington Beach, California. While her upbringing was a bit more beach than country, she was drawn to the immersive storytelling and steadfast values woven into country music songs. Born with a voice that’s equally delicate and powerful, Hopkins grew up singing around her house. In high school, she participated in a program through her school called the Academy of Performing Arts where she got a taste of singing in front of hundreds of people. Hopkins eventually put pen to paper, tapping into elements of some of her favorite artists like Kelsea Ballerini, Sabrina Carpenter, Nora Jones, and Lennon Stella to create original music.

In high school, Hopkins visited Nashville for the first time with her mom and was moved to tears by the raw talent and lyrical craftsmanship on every corner of the city. During that trip, she caught a glimpse of her future and decided to enroll at Belmont University. In the following years, she finetuned her stories and sound, eventually earning her way onto stages at writers’ rounds. She quickly gained the attention of industry leaders in town with her playful and vibrant take on pop-infused country. In 2024, Hopkins signed with hit songwriter Dallas Davidson’s Play It Again Music, and her debut track, “Oops (There Goes My Heart),” is slated to be released on August 9. Armored with a shimmering voice, stories to tell, and clever lyrics that meld together to create hooky girl’s girl jams, Faith Hopkins is establishing herself as an emerging Nashville songstress to keep an eye on in the years to come.
